FBI Still Doing "Black Bag" Jobs

Under J. Edgar Hoover, the FBI illegally performed "Black Bag" jobs, breaking into properties and performing illegal search and photography missions, in violation of the Constitution. It was ordered illegal in 1972 by the U.S. Supreme Court.

Robert S. Mueller

It's amazing that all these years later, under former President, George W. Bush and FBI Director, Robert S. Mueller, the FBI still did "Black Bag" jobs on private residences. Some things never change. Let's hope Obama discontinues the practice.

William Steele Sessions

Another instance of history repeating itself: FBI Director Robert S. Mueller misusing the FBI for political, social and financial gain. Former FBI Director, William Steele Sessions, abused his post as well and was fired for it.

Leona Lewis Attacker A Former Contestant

Leona Lewis

The man that attacked "X-Factor" talent show winner, Sony singer, Leona Lewis, is said to be a former contestant on the show, whose hopes were dashed when he did not win or make the finals.

The incredulous, Sun Newspaper UK, a favorite among paying celebrities that wish to float untruthful, damage control based stories, also claims he is anemic, hence the attack.

Anemia doesn’t make one crazy. Otherwise, Supreme Court justice, Ruth Ginsberg, would have knocked out the other judges already.

Leona Lewis Attacker Spurred by Jealousy?

Oct. 16, 2009 12:50 PM - The motive of a man who allegedly punched singer Leona Lewis in the head at a book signing on Wednesday may have been revealed.

The Sun reports that the alleged assailant, Peter Kowalczyk, was a failed aspirant on the British talent show X Factor, which Lewis had previously won.

According to Kowalczyk's father, Tomasz, "He wants to be a singer. He went along and queued at X Factor. How far he got with it? Nowhere."

Compounding matters is the fact that Kowalczyk—who was sectioned in the hospital under the Mental Health Act after the incident—apparently had a history of mental illness beforehand. The alleged assailant apparently suffers from anaemia, which his parents say can affect his mental state, and was being treated by England's National Health Service with weekly music therapy...

Anna Nicole Smith Plot To Kill Husband’s Heir

Anna Nicole Smith and her son Daniel

A Freedom of Information Act request to the FBI has unearthed documents revealing, former nude model and reality TV star, Anna Nicole Smith, who died at age 39, from a prescription medication overdose, was being investigated for a plot to kill, E. Pierce Marshall, the son and heir of her husband of less than a year, J. Howard Marshall II.

It is a item supported by Anna Nicole's ex-boyfriend, who is currently incarcerated, as he states she wanted him to carry out the murder, but he refused.

Smith fought E. Pierce Marshall, night and day, for the billions in his father’s will, in which the deceased deliberately passed her over, denying her any significant inheritance.

When one marries a man old enough to be one's grandfather, then immediately drops him to go partying in another state, it will cause bad feelings to the party being abandoned.

As stated previously in the Sound Off Column, I am in disagreement with the Supreme Court's decision in the case, as George W. Bush instructed them to reverse the declination from the lower court, which granted Smith another opportunity to haggle for Marshall’s money, after he left her out of his will, due to abandonment.

There were items published at the time in the mainstream press, which stated George W. Bush made such a request on behalf of Smith.

Whenever the Good Lord decides its time for George W. Bush to die, he should hope someone doesn’t go against his wishes and challenge his will, attempting to cut his kids out of what is rightfully theirs (well, rightfully the property of the people of Iraq – according to published reports, where did those many missing barrels of Iraqi oil go, Mr. Bush).

Anna Nicole Smith embroiled in murder plot Published: 7:38AM Thursday October 08, 2009

There are reports the FBI investigated the late Anna Nicole Smith for plotting to kill her husband's son.

According to the Associated Press, Smith was investigated in 2000 and 2001 for plotting to kill E. Pierce Marshall, who she battled in court for years over her husband's fortune.

However, prosecutors decided there was not enough evidence to bring charges against Smith...

Sotomayor Confirmed To Supreme Court

Video: Senate Confirms Sotomayor for Supreme Court The Associated Press

President Obama's first pick for the Supreme Court, Sonia Sotomayor, has been confirmed. Her appointment is an historic one, as she is the first Hispanic woman on the High Court. There is such a large, taxpaying, Hispanic population in America, I'm surprised the Supreme Court did not reflect the nation's cultural make-up sooner.

Sotomayor's parents are Puerto Rican immigrants, who moved to the Bronx in New York city. Congrats to her. Hopefully, she will add some integrity to the court, as the current class sorely lacks it, costing America dearly in a number of pivotal decisions that went very awry and in front of the watching nation and world, who were left puzzled and dismayed.

President Obama applauded the confirmation today in a speech.

Obama’s Supreme Court Pick Faces Tension

Originally published August 4. 2009 to the Judiciary Report website

Tensions continue to run high in the Sonia Sotomayor hearings and judiciary review, with Republican stalwarts, such as John McCain, opposing her nomination, as she is a liberal who believes in abortion and is against gun rights.

However, it is believed, according to published reports, Sotomayor, currently holds enough votes from Democrats to gain the appointment to the Supreme Court.
