Obama Blamed For Gay Marriage Defeat

Video: Maine voters shot down gay marriage - KXAN.com

U.S. President Barack Obama has been blamed for the defeat of a gay marriage law in Maine. How you ask? Gay rights activists claim Obama, who recently signed legislation into law to protect homosexuals, didn't do enough. Are they serious.

One would think the currently prevailing liberal theme in political circles in Washington, would have helped, but the people, also known as the voters, have spoken and they do not want gay marriage.

U.S. President Barack Obama

The Judiciary Report is not in favor of gay marriage anywhere. Gay marriage is a bid at turning society upside down to suit someone's personal sexual choices. The Bible clearly notes marriage is between a man and a woman. Adam and Eve, not Adam and Steve.

Furthermore, why do gays want to marry each other. The rate of domestic violence, dysfunction, suicide and depression is highest in gay relationships.

Gay leaders blame TV ads, Obama for loss in Maine

SAN FRANCISCO — Stunned and angry, national gay rights leaders Wednesday blamed scare-mongering ads — and President Barack Obama's lack of engagement — for a bitter election setback in Maine that could alter the dynamics for both sides in the gay-marriage debate.

Conservatives, in contrast, celebrated Maine voters' rejection of a law that would have allowed gay couples to wed, depicting it as a warning shot that should deter politicians in other states from pushing for same-sex marriage.

"Every time the citizens have voted on marriage, they have always sided with natural marriage," said Mathew Staver, founder of Liberty Counsel, a Florida-based Christian legal group. "Maine dramatically illustrates the will of the people, and politicians should wake up and listen."

Gay activists were frustrated that Obama, who insists he staunchly supports their overall civil rights agenda, didn't speak out forcefully in defense of Maine's marriage law before Tuesday's referendum. The law was repealed in a vote of 53 percent to 47 percent.

"President Obama missed an opportunity to state his position against these discriminatory attacks with the clarity and moral imperative that would have helped in this close fight," said Evan Wolfson of the national advocacy group Freedom to Marry. "The anti-gay forces are throwing millions of dollars into various unsubtle ads aimed at scaring people, so subtle statements from the White House are not enough."

The White House, asked about the criticism, had no immediate comment...

Why Dads Shouldn’t Be Cheerleaders

Recently, I watched a hilarious video sponsored by Fatherhood.gov. It featured a dad helping his young daughter with her cheerleading practice pieces.

Fergie Flies Out To Cheating Josh Duhamel

Phony Fergie pretending to be R&B

Sensing her philandering husband, Josh Duhamel, is having too much extramarital fun away from her in Atlanta, Georgia, while filming a movie, singer and pants pee-er, Fergie, flew out to the Peach state to monitor his activities and keep him out of trouble. It's a little late for that.

Josh Duhamel and Fergie in happier times

Duhamel was outed for having sex with an Atlanta stripper last month. A polygraph expert now confirms she did not lie during the test. The stripper claims she and Duhamel exchanged racy text messages and had sex for a long time during their encounter. To make matters worse, the stripper is stating she has witnesses and more incendiary items to release to the public.

Side Bar: Once they left the restaurant, you know Fergie dropped the charade and beat him up in the hotel room (LOL).

Polygraph Expert Says Josh Duhamel Stripper Was Telling The Truth

Posted on Nov 04, 2009 @ 07:40PM - A stripper claiming a sexual relationship with Fergie's husband Josh Duhamel is telling the truth, says the expert who gave her a polygraph test.

In an exclusive interview with RadarOnline.com, polygraph expert Kenneth E. Blackstone says stripper Nicole Forrester was telling the truth when asked if she had sex with Duahamel...

Blackstone is a board-certified polygraph examiner and expert witness regarding the proper use of polygraph in civil, clinical and criminal testing settings about allegations of rape, child molestation, child abuse, and child homicide. He has thirty years of experience and has conducted more than 15,000 examinations and has more than one hundred court appearances as an expert witness. He conducted the polygraph test of Forrester at his headquarters in Atlanta, Georgia.

Blackstone tells RadarOnline.com, "In my 30 year career I have conducted between 15,000 and 20,000 polygraph examinations.

"The polygraph examination showed Nicole Forrester was being non-deceptive, telling the truth when she answered my questions.

"One of those questions was had she had sex with Josh Duhamel. And she answered yes." ...

Forester's account of Duhamel in her strip club has been verified by another eyewitness. And RadarOnline.com has learned that there are other incendiary charges affecting both Forester and Duhamel - charges that haven't become public YET.

Story developing.

Fergie Goes Public With Her Support For Josh

Posted on Nov 04, 2009 @ 09:15PM - While their marriage has come under fire with allegations of infidelity, Fergie and Josh Duhamel made a public show of solidarity after week apart.

The couple dined at Chops in Atlanta, Georgia, on Tuesday (Duhamel is currently shooting a movie there). Clearly happy to flaunt her supposedly intact marriage, the popster responded, “Nope, right in the middle is fine,” when asked if they wanted a more discreet table.

Despite denials from both of their camps regarding his alleged romp with blonde stripper Nicole Forrester, suspicions were raised when Fergie spent Halloween weekend in New York sans her husband. According to a source, the singer then flew to Atlanta to reunite with Josh.

Rihanna Or Slick Rick

Rihanna

Slick Rick

Rihanna's new risqué look of exposing her underwear is pathetic. However, it's the eye patch that has me laughing, considering she prides herself on being a trendsetter, when she's not and Rihanna is not exactly being groundbreaking wearing a look rapper Slick Rick wore twenty years ago.

Her new project is the definition of stale. Everything about it is stolen, stuffy and stupid. She has poached preexisting material consisting of copyrighted music and photos, coupled with other artists imagery and fashion looks and devalued them. What's worse, she can't even sing.

Is Obama’s Health Care Plan Constitutional?

U.S. President Obama

Many are questioning the Constitutionality of Obama’s healthcare plan, which is an interesting premise. Is it Constitutional to compel citizens to obtain health insurance?

It can be argued, people are compelled to obtain car insurance, lest they be ticketed and fined. Therefore, the same principle would apply. In short, it probably is Constitutional, due to established case law in other areas of commerce regulated by the government.

Gibbs Says He Doesn’t Know if White House Has Reviewed Constitutionality of Forcing People to Buy Health Insurance

Monday, November 02, 2009 - (CNSNews.com) - White House Spokesman Robert Gibbs said today that he does not know if White House lawyers have reviewed whether it is constitutional for the federal government to order individuals to buy health insurance and said that the White House is not seriously considering the concerns of people such as Sen. Orrin Hatch (R.-Utah) who believe the mandate is not constitutionally justified.

This was the second time in two weeks that Gibbs had dismissed concerns that the Constitution does not give the federal government the power to force individuals to purchase items the government wants them to purchase.

Hatch told CNSNews.com last week that forcing people to buy health insurance cannot be justified under the Constitution’s Commerce Clause.

Republicans Gaining On Democrats

From the November 3. 2009 Judiciary Report article

U.S. President Obama

The U.S. gubernatorial races in New Jersey and Virginia, the latter already decided, with Republican Bob McDonnell emerging as the winner, and the former state holding a GOP lead, has made it clear, Obama’s presidential initiatives are hurting the Democratic Party, as stated two months ago. Obama also needs to think about the 2012 elections.

Yes, one wants to act with integrity and take the road one feels is the best course of action, but the public has been speaking and the White House has not been listening. Neither has Congress, which currently holds a Democratic majority. The current senatorial races is a rebuke from the American people.

Did Washington learn nothing from George W. Bush’s bad decisions as a politician. If you fail to listen to the people, you are going to have problems. This holds true in any world democracy.

Republican Christie captures NJ governor's seat

Posted: 11/03/2009 02:01:23 PM MST - TRENTON, N.J.—Chris Christie, an aggressive former prosecutor who racked up a perfect conviction rate in public corruption cases and became the darling of New Jersey's Republican Party establishment, has unseated the deep-pocketed but unpopular Gov. Jon Corzine.

Christie, 47, on Tuesday became the first member of his party in a dozen years to win a statewide contest in heavily Democratic New Jersey. President Barack Obama invested heavily in the race, campaigning with Corzine five times on three separate visits...

Rep. Joe Wilson of South Carolina, who was sharply criticized when he yelled, "You lie," during Obama's health care speech to a joint session of Congress, stumped for Christie in the campaign's final weekend.

U.S. Government Settles 9/11 Abuse Case

FBI Director Robert S. Mueller

In what can only be described as severe human rights abuses and a massive rush to judgment, in the hours and days proceeding the September 11, 2001 terrorist attacks, members of the U.S. government, such as Robert S. Mueller, under the misdirection of George W. Bush, rounded up and renditioned Muslim-Americans to foreign countries, where they were imprisoned and tortured. Some were imprisoned domestically and mistreated. Many of these men were innocent.

I read one man’s story and it was terrible. He was renditioned, tortured for months, while imprisoned in a cell so small there was no room to move. He subsequently lost 40 pounds. While that would be great for a Hollywood diet, in the real world, such conduct is a violation of all existing human rights charters.

At the end of his ordeal, realizing their mistake in torturing an innocent man, he was deported to his homeland in the Middle East, after many years as a U.S. citizen.

Sensing history has recorded him in an awful way, former President George W. Bush stated this year, his poor decisions were done, “Under the fog of war.” I disagree. It was done under the fog of stupidity.

Furthermore, did the “fog of war” cause you to routinely make up words such as “strategery” and “misunderestimate” or was that due to having bought your university degree.

U.S. settles suit with Muslims in post-9/11 abuse

Tue Nov 3, 2009 3:13pm EST - NEW YORK (Reuters) - The U.S. government will pay $1.26 million to five Muslim men detained for months without charges after the September 11 attacks who sued for unlawful imprisonment and abuse, their lawyers said on Tuesday.

The men claimed they suffered inhumane and degrading treatment in a Brooklyn detention center, including solitary confinement, severe beatings, incessant verbal abuse and a blackout on communications with their families and attorneys...
