Continuing the Judiciary Report's ongoing theme of denouncing the escalating violence in Hollywood programming, a recent study released this week revealed violence against women, teens and children on television is up by as much as 400%. The entertainment industry is delusional if it believes this does not have a negative impact on society.

There are ways to portray or imply violence on screen when it is integral to the movie or TV show, without it being overtly violent and gory.

I was watching a Hollywood movie on TV the other day and out of nowhere, the most violent scene occurred. I thought to myself, was that an eyeball that just flew across the screen? I mean, was that really necessary. Why be so graphic.

Several months ago, I was watching a TV show on BBC America called "Jekyll" which I don't recommend by the way. It was a remake of the classic tale "Jekyll and Hyde" but with a very sick, violent, unexpected twist.

For example, there was a scene in which a government rep went to speak to a man with a genetic issue and out of nowhere, he started behaving like a literal devil and slit the civil servant's throat with his fingernail, blood flying everywhere, this ugly, gaping wound appearing on screen, with the man struggling to breathe, falling to his knees and dying.

I was appalled and disgusted. And this program was on TV at about 8PM. All that gore and violence was disturbing and unnecessary. I was sorry I watched it.

Study: TV Violence Against Women Up 120%

Published: October 28, 2009 - Violence against women is increasing on TV, according to a new study from the Parents Television Council -- and its leaders are urging network exec to step in suggesting the violence could desensitize youths and cause incidents like the “horrendous gang rape” of a woman last weekend in Richmond, Calif.

“A wave of media violence is hitting the public like a tsunami,” said PTC president Tim Winter. He said not only are incidents of violence against women and girls increasing in storylines, but the violence is getting “more graphic and more gruesome.”

PTC’s study tracked depiction of “female victimization” and violence on primetime broadcast TV from 2004 to 2009, focusing on sweeps periods in February and May each year. It didn’t study cable, saying it didn’t have enough staff.

The study noted that depiction of violence overall has changed little over the years -- up 2 percent from 2004. Depiction of violence against women, however, was up 120 percent.

It said 29 percent of the incidents were beatings, 18 percent credible threats of violence, 11 perdent were shootings, 8 percent were rapes, 6 percent stabbings and 2 percent torture -- but that in 92 percent of the incidents, graphic violence against women was depicted, not just implied...

Violence against women, female teens, surges on TV

Wed Oct 28, 2009 4:24pm EDT - LOS ANGELES, Oct 28 (Reuters) - Incidents of violence against women on mainstream U.S. television has increased by 120 percent in the past five years, with the depiction of teen girls as victims rising by some 400 percent, the Parents Television Council said in a report on Wednesday.

The conservative media group said it was particularly disturbed by the use of violence against women in comedies and said it hoped TV networks and advertisers would stand up against the trend.

"I hope the industry will look at our data and be as shocked as I was," PTC president Tim Winter told reporters..

Spain Bans Saw Sequel

In the September 24, 2009 article titled "Megan Fox Goes Quiet" the Judiciary Report slammed the violent and grotesque "Saw" films. Yesterday, it was announced, the Spanish government has "banned" the "Saw" films.

Directors need to be held accountable for the films they release. To be afforded said podium and introduce such sick, mentally disturbed trash to the world through it, is contemptible.

The new picture, the sixth in the Saw franchise, revives the hunt for gory serial killer Jigsaw and features scenes of graphic violence as the body count rises.

The gruesome scenes have disturbed bosses at the Spanish Culture Ministry's Film Institute, who have made the unprecedented move of handing the film an 'X' rating. The classification means the picture will miss out on a nationwide release - as there are only eight theatres in the country which are licenced to show 'pornographic' material...

Hollywood And Violence

Nicole Kidman This week "Golden Compass" actress, Nicole Kidman, made an appearance in Congress, as apart of a hearing regarding a topic the Judiciary Report has written about for years, violence in Hollywood films and programs. Kidman conceded many Hollywood films are violent, but stated she can only be responsible for herself. The graphic gore and brutal bloodiness is disturbing to the average person. Yet, Hollywood continues to ratchet up the violence factor, believing it is what the majority of audiences desire. Then there's the dysfunction factor in Hollywood films that has gone beyond sick into the morbid, macabre and perverse. I prefer old Hollywood, where being a star used to mean something. Stars used to have class, presence, poise, charm and charisma. Now the majority of Hollywood stars are irresponsible, distasteful, brawling, DUI having, small minded individuals, contributing nothing positive to society. They are thieving, unoriginal, abusive, violent and cruel, employing criminal and invasive tactics to gain what they view as an advantage. It seems anyone can be a star nowadays, making a once exclusive club, very devalued, underwhelming and untalented. Really, where is the new generation of Elvis, Michael Jacksons, Sinatras, Whitney Houstons, Barbra Streisands, Audrey Hepburns and Bea Arthurs. Yes, stars such as Julia Roberts, Halle Berry, Reese Witherspoon and Denzel Washington, have proven themselves, but the new breed of celebrities are sub-par and not outstanding. Please, take a good look at what you have running around Hollywood now, masquerading as stars. Paris "No Talent" Hilton, Lindsay " Drugged Up" Lohan, Britney "Psycho" Spears, Chris "Woman Beater" Brown, Rihanna the Manbeater lesbian and Megan "Trash Mouth" Fox. And let's not even talk about reality TV.

Few could have imagined Michael Jackson would meet such a sad, untimely end, but compounding the tragedy is news from Los Angeles that his will appears to be a forgery.

The Jackson family stated it is not Michael’s signature on the will. Additionally, the will that was signed in Los Angeles, conflicts with photographic evidence showing the pop singer on the other side of the country in New York, at a protest with the Rev. Al Sharpton, slamming Sony and then C.E.O. Tommy Mottola and their conduct regarding the entertainer’s career.

Which brings me back to the point I have been making for months, when an artist, particularly a black one, owns a copyrighted catalog (music publishing ect) of any volume and value, said artist becomes a target for destruction by the Hollywood system, which is essentially a cabal, that still has its feet firmly trenched in racism and that old time slavery mentality.

Well, you guys have really done it this time. The most famous entertainer in the world is dead and under very suspicious circumstances. The world is not amused. I predict nothing but bad will come of this for Hollywood.

First Sam Cooke, who was the first black man to demand and own his own music publishing, now Jackson, who had half ownership in the Sony catalog, winds up dead as well, in a situation that is so suspect.

Hollywood has nastier secrets it is hiding in the same vein, pardon the pun. However, when it goes public and it will, it’s going to be a wrap for certain executives and a few famous names as well.

It’s really sad and pathetic when apart of the corporate sector, traded on Wall Street, that is supposed to be about entertainment, is capable of murder to steal others’ assets and labor.

Then Hollywood wonders why its sales are in the toilet. No one wants to support such madness and villainy. If this madness continues it is only a matter of time before its spells Hollywood’s financial epitaph.

Jackson's Will -- Randy Says Not MJ's Signature

Posted Oct 21st 2009 1:35PM by TMZ Staff - Randy Jackson claims Michael Jackson could not have signed his 2002 will, because he was 2,475 air miles away from the place the document was supposedly inked.

According to the will, it was signed on July 7, 2002 at 5:00 PM in Los Angeles. Randy Jackson tells TMZ he has proof MJ was in New York from July 5 through July 9, on a campaign against Sony honcho Tommy Mottola, claiming Mottola had a thing against Black artists.

The lawyer for the estate, Howard Weitzman, tells TMZ the witnesses to the will were face-to-face with Jackson when he signed the document. Weitzman would not say if the will was signed in L.A., even though the document refers to Los Angeles...

UPDATE: TMZ spoke with Al Sharpton's rep, Rachel Noerdlinger, who confirms Sharpton and Jackson were protesting Mottola in NY together in 2002 on July 6th and July 9th.

As the for the key date -- July 7th -- Sharpton's rep released the following curious statement:

"We have reason to believe that Michael may have been in NY on the 7th and Rev. Sharpton will address this after he discusses it with the Jackson family."

Several journalists were induced to write antagonistic stories about Michael Jackson, particularly, former vile Fox News gossip columnist, Roger Friedman, who was fired over his unwise choices in the “Wolverine” film leak scandal. He wrote nagging, nasty articles, regularly proclaiming in a mean manner that Jackson was about to lose his home to foreclosure and his music publishing catalog, he’d borrowed money against. He kept proclaiming Jackson’s ruination was impending and of the greatest proportions. Friedman and others, prompted by individuals that sought to take Jackson’s assets, through an unlawful plot, did this to relentlessly goad, upset, vex and worry the pop singer, into abandoning all that he had worked for since childhood and purchased with his own earnings. As the world now knows, the immense pressure from the court circuit and the press, caused Jackson great anxiety, which begat insomnia. To address what clearly became a nervous disorder, Jackson turned to prescription meds in large doses, leading to his demise this past summer at the age of 49. Hollywood has more scammers and con artists than any other industry in the nation and world. People in tinseltown routinely conspire to bring others down to criminally steal millions and sometimes billions of dollars in cash and assets. Bribes are often paid to those willing to set people up and make false accusations that deteriorate victims’ financial position, enabling industry sharks to move in on their prey. Frivolous litigation is often initiated directly and or indirectly through third parties, in an effort to financially weaken, distress and psychologically batter targets chosen for their valuable assets. It is as bad the mafia, but worse in some ways, with both entities not above resorting to murder to get what they want.

Britney Spears started the terrible trend, at age 15, by callously utilizing highly sexual music videos, raunchy dance routines and lewd photos. Cyrus, though not as bad as Spears, seems to be following the same sad path, with the overtly sexual photos, racy performances on a stripper pole, once again at age 15. Miley Cyrus Recently, she made a cameo appearance in the explicit “Sex And The City” sequel, currently being filmed, wearing a short dress and push up bra. Where red flags should have been raised in these cases, over the last decade, underage raunchiness has encouraged by handlers in Hollywood, who have no morals themselves. Teen pregnancy rates surged and society was made worse for it, as Hollywood, obsessed with pedophilia, tried to reinforce the terrible topic to the world, as acceptable behavior, when it is not and never will be. Objectifying teens, especially those underage, is unethical.

A group of teens that committed a grisly case of murder in Mont Vernon, N.H., were reportedly influenced by morbid, macabre, violent Hollywood music and films.

It is not the first time violent and grotesque entertainment from Hollywood inspired murder. Years ago, rock artists Metallica and Ozzy Osborne, were sued in a case where children were murdered by two people inspired by their Satanic music containing violent imagery.

The vile film "Natural Born Killers" also faced such legal scrutiny, after a couple mimicked the killing spree shown in the film.

“Dexter is such a funny show!” wrote Christopher Gribble, 19.

Gribble’s alleged partner in the grisly attack, Steven Spader, 17, matched his taste for gore.

Friends said Spader was a fan of so-called horrorcore hip-hop - a gruesome subgenre riddled with lyrics about Satanism, cannibalism, murder and rape...

Jon Gosselin Sued

Reality TV star of the show “Jon and Kate Plus 8” has been sued by the TLC network for breach of contract, among other things, in bailing on his show and his family.

Gosselin did a string of interviews with other channels and magazines, in violation of his contract with TLC, who has first rights regarding such exclusives.

He stated in a video on Radar Online, he had no clue he had been sued, finding out about the legal action through Google Alerts.

Gosselin was better off with his family, fulfilling his contractual obligation to the show. The adulterous affairs and separation have only set him back. No matter what Hollywood tells you, no nation in the world loves dysfunction. People enjoy a good story and decent programming showing others leading positive lives.

Godfather Director Laments Hollywood's Fall

"Godfather" director, Francis Ford Coppola, lamented the fate of Hollywood, stating the industry is dying and it will create mergers, combining the last few studios into three groups.

If Hollywood would stop being so irresponsible with its stars accumulating cases for assault, DUI and copyright theft, maybe audiences would be more inclined to support Tinseltown.

It's not a good look, when the Madonnas, Lindsay Lohans, Paris Hiltons, Britney Spears, Tom Cruises, the Quaids are caught engaging in vile behavior, the public has grown weary of. The public does not like supporting crazy people and or thieves.

Furthermore, look what Hollywood is giving the world in the way of entertainment. Sick gory films, perverted comedies that no one gets and viciously violent action films. People don't like walking away from a theater feeling emotionally unwell, for what they've just viewed.

Francis Ford Coppola Sees Cinema World Falling Apart: Interview

Oct. 12 (Bloomberg) -- “The cinema as we know it is falling apart,” says Francis Ford Coppola.

“It’s a period of incredible change,” says the director of “The Godfather” and “Apocalypse Now.” “We used to think of six, seven big film companies. Every one of them is under great stress now. Probably two or three will go out of business and the others will just make certain kind of films like ‘Harry Potter’ -- basically trying to make ‘Star Wars’ over and over again, because it’s a business.”

Coppola, 70, sporting a dark suit, is being interviewed in the Lebanese capital Beirut, where his latest movie “Tetro” opened the Beirut Film Festival after premiering at the Cannes Film Festival this year.

“Cinema is losing the public’s interest,” says Coppola, “because there is so much it has to compete with to get people’s time.”

The profusion of leisure activities; the availability of movies on copied DVD and on the Internet; and news becoming entertainment are reshaping the industry, he says. Companies have combined businesses as customers turn to cheap downloads rather than visit shops or movie theaters.

“I think the cinema is going to live off into something more related to a live performance in which the filmmaker is there, like the conductor of an opera used to be,” Coppola says. “Cinema can be interactive, every night it can be a little different.”...

Obama, Congress And The Gay Rights Bill

Congressional Hate Crime Bill And Don't Ask Don't Tell U.S. President Barack Obama Congress is moving to pass a hate crime bill that would protect gays in America. However, the contents of the gay rights bill is causing much controversy among the American public, as is Obama's statements on "Don't Ask Don't Tell" regarding gays serving in the military. There is an aspect of the bill that covers hate crimes of violence against gays. Any rational, civil person should not want violence against any member or segment of society. However, I am not for regulating the public’s speech towards any group, save for death threats and threats of violence. Many have stated, the bill shall indeed do just that, providing jail time for those that make comments or jokes about gays that are deemed offensive. I find this aspect of the bill ironic and unconstitutional, as the law of the land guarantees free speech. Not to mention, many gays in Hollywood are very abusive and disdainful of straight people, especially Christians, characterizing us in the worst terms possible for their own amusement. This is an undeniable fact. During a commercial, I saw a clip of the show "Queer Eye For The Straight Guy" and the bleach blonde, homosexual reality TV star stated with a look of total disdain and repulsion, the most offensive, crude, crass statement about a heterosexual male’s sofa being “caked" in vagina hair (and that's the clean version of what he said). I found his statement vulgar and vile, yet because he is gay, in Hollywood, it was somehow deemed acceptable speech for basic cable television. Well, it wasn't, but the Constitution protects it. Which brings me to my point, once again, FREE SPEECH. However, had a straight woman said the same thing about a gay man and his homosexual partner and their sofa, with the same look of complete disgust on her face as the aforementioned did, gays would have been screaming for her head and complaining in the press. It would have been labeled hate speech. Then, there was the incident with gay designer Issac Mizrahi mockingly groping the breasts of actress Scarlett Johanssen at an awards show, aired during family viewing hours. If a straight woman had done that to a gay man, while mocking his manhood, homosexuals would have complained and labeled it a hate crime. There’s a blatant double standard. Hollywood is particularly nasty, vile and vindictive towards Christians, as the Bible peacefully states, homosexuality is a sin that a person must repent of to gain God's forgiveness. As a Christian, I have experienced this first hand, where mean, hateful homosexuals in Hollywood commissioned all sorts of sick, depraved conduct against me, when I hadn’t done anything to them. They attacked me for simply existing. That's the kind of hatred they are working under. Unprovoked, they did the most evil, unconscionable, inhumane things, when I did nothing to them and do not know them from Adam. How do you justify commissioning harassment, assault, burglaries, criminal invasion of privacy, stalking and outright grand theft larceny against an innocent person, while screaming to the world that you are victims of society as gays. It looks hypocritical and bad. Very, very bad. Human rights is not a one way street. It’s a message many gays in Hollywood refuse to learn and they are the disgraceful, abusive spokespeople for the gay movement. Because you are gay and deem yourself a victim that is discriminated against, does not give you the right to harass, antagonize, bully, rob and destroy other people. Civil rights groups and their Democratic allies have been trying for more than a decade to broaden the reach of hate crimes law. This time it appears they will succeed. Folks, Hollywood has a problem with pedophilia, which the Judiciary Report discussed before these scandals erupted in Tinseltown. Starring Aaron Eckhart, Maria Bello, and written and directed by Oscar-winner Alan Ball, last year’s “Towelhead” is a film Roman Polanski might have seen many, many times while wearing a rain coat. The protagonist is 13 year-old Jasira (played by the then barely eighteen Summer Bishil) and the story surrounds her sexual abuse at the hands of a number of men, including Eckhart’s Gulf War Vet. Rather than the repeated abuse damaging the young girl, the filmmaker portrays the rapes and molestations as a healthy and sexually liberating experience. More than once the audience is “treated” to lingering shots of Jasira’s bare legs as she discovers the joys of the orgasm while masturbating to photographs of naked women. Kate Winslet won last year’s Best Actress Oscar for her role in “The Reader,” in which she plays a “sympathetic” Nazi guilty of mass murder who seduces and then engages in a steamy sexual affair with a 15 year-old boy. The sex scenes between this mature woman and a child lean heavily on the erotic, as opposed to the creepy. (The “sympathetic Nazi” issue we’ll save for another post.) Yes, in just one year, Hollywood released three films that in one way or another portrayed sex with children as potentially healthy or their molester as sympathetic. And these aren’t fringe, indie films either. All three involve name stars and Oscar winners. Unfortunately, this is not a conspiracy. Hollywood deviants never gathered together to plan for a slate of films aimed at a drip-drip campaign designed to dull our moral outrage towards the most heinous crime imaginable. It’s worse than that. We’re up against a culture; the same culture that can’t quite grasp why a child rapist should have to serve prison time for a crime he’s confessed to... In 2006’s “Notes on a Scandal,” Academy Award winner Cate Blanchett plays a school teacher engaged in a steamy sexual affair with one of her students. Like “The Reader,” the sex scenes between a mature woman and her student strive for the erotic and never once does the story stop to examine how such a destructive affair might psychologically affect a teen-aged boy. That same year, in “Little Children,” Jackie Earle Haley was Oscar-nominated for his support work as a molester just released from prison who’s the victim of that favorite Hollywood whipping boy, suburban hypocrisy. Just two years earlier, Kevin Bacon’s heroic molester in “The Woodsman” not only saves the day and wins the pretty girl, but in his valiant struggle to “reform” he’s presented as a kind of “civil rights” metaphor as policemen and “intolerant” co-workers torment him. Then, she decided to become a lesbian, to kiss up to gay Hollywood, but it finished off her career with family audiences. She briefly shacked up with lesbian DJ, Samantha Ronson, who she routinely gets into fist fights with. Next, she moved out into a rented abode in the Hollywood Hills that she could not afford.

You'd never guess the one on the right, Lindsay Lohan, is 23, looking decades older due to self-inflicted abuse. How come Jennifer Lopez at 40 can stroll down the runway and look 23, but when you try it, Lindsay, you look well over 40. "Freaky Friday" indeed. You need to sue your drug dealer for premature aging.

She ended up fleeing the rented home and skipping on the lease, after having to sell her home and condo she once owned, but could no longer afford. That's all while stealing millions in borrowed jewelry from a jeweler in Beverly Hills and separately an Elle magazine photo shoot, to support her drug habit and lavish lifestyle.

Failing at every turn, due to the mind twisting rubbish Kabbalah taught her, massive drug use, excessive alcohol consumption and constant partying, Lohan began a career as a so-called businesswoman.

First, she stole a tanning cream formula from a chemist and criminally sold it to a manufacturer as he own product, when she knows nothing about chemistry.

Then, the unethical Lohan decided to become a party host and fashion designer, getting booed and panned at both jobs, all within the space of one week. Critics are horrified at the clothes, rendering negative reviews across the board.

People would have sympathy for her if she wasn't such a mean, cruel, vicious, wasteful person that targets, lives off and abuses others.

Campbell took a lot of drugs, it triggered the nerve center and began depleting her brain (cells). This drug abuse has now caused mental illness in the one-time star. She does not even seem to know who she is anymore, exhibiting signs of schizophrenia. No matter what they tell you drugs are horrible. Anything that can take a beautiful, vital person and turn them into a shell of their former self is dangerous and destructive. Instead of mocking her, why don't you pray for her.

When I read about the case regarding Evi Quaid, the shameful wife of "Brokeback Mountain" actor, Randy Quaid, engaging a private investigator to abuse, harass and threaten innocent members of a local cast, her husband debased himself and physically and verbally abused, out of sheer arrogance, fuelled by his fading celebrity, I shake my head and question how such people achieve any sort of prominence to the point the government allows them to violate the rights of others.

What if the physical abuse had lead to serious injury or death. How does one justify such a thing in the press. An actor, whose job in essence is to be peaceful and non-violent, arrogantly fools himself into thinking he can beat and abuse others, claiming some sort of seniority, because he was in a film about a gay man being stalked by another homosexual.

What I find equally astounding is the people that tolerate such madness from these stars, who do not make any valuable contribution to society. They corrupt your kids with the terrible examples they set and the deplorable entertainment they release into the marketplace.

They develop unjustifiable superiority complexes, though they are not scholars, scientists, physicists, biologists, astronauts or doctors, attempting to improve human life.

These are individuals employed to read and recite scripts a writer has authored and even that they flub on a regular basis.

Then, I view my case, where I have faced unspeakably wicked human rights abuses that nearly claimed my life, for simply existing and seeking to run my entertainment company, that some in Hollywood wish to rob and destroy.

Not content with their own earnings, they decided I was to be dehumanized, robbed, assaulted, bullied and exploited, for daring to start an entertainment company in their industry, even though I stayed out of Hollywood, basing it in Miami.

I have been subjected to stalking, harassment, hacking, illegal wiretapping and hidden cameras criminally placed in my home, paid for by Madonna and co. and conducted by a private investigator and Kabbalah miscreants working with him to violate my rights.

Through these terrible misdeeds, they've single-handedly repealed a few hundred years of social progress civil rights advocates fought very hard for over the years.

Once again, how does an industry about entertainment, justify such terrible aforementioned abuses that are completely criminal.

How does one begin to even explain to the public, why this sick, insidious, perverted breed of nastiness exists in society. The answer is you can't, as it is an abominable aberration that plumbs the abyss of abhorrent human conduct, too shameful to mention.

Most would be too ashamed and disgraced to do something so heinous, nasty and terrible, but not Hollywood. Clearly, anything goes in Hollywood, even if it violates the Civil Rights Act and privacy laws.

And this is the level of human depravity nasty Hollywood has sunk to, watching people in their homes and hotel rooms, in criminal violation of the law. How is this something to be proud of. It is depraved and denotes extreme sexual dysfunction and mental insanity.

Do not support these stars with your money, as look at the nastiness they are using it for, to spy, degrade and abuse innocent people.

Why are stars in Hollywood so full of lip, but when it's crunch time, they are cowardly, yellow bellied and craven.

This cowardice causes them to hire private investigators and thugs to menace, harass and assault others, over perceived slights and verbal offenses. That's commonly referred to as hiding behind others, as you are too much of a coward and weakling to cash the check your mouth just wrote.

For instance, when I went to the courthouse this past Monday, to file this lawsuit in the Madonna case, I was followed by a member of Madonna's depraved Kabbalah cult, who was wearing a red string bracelet, signifying his membership into the sick group.

He was a menacing looking thug, whose clothes were dirty and his disposition surly. He approached the clerk's counter at the court, where I was standing, filling out a mandatory cover sheet for the lawsuit I was attempting to file and he began making strange statements.

The clerk grew visibly annoyed with him, demanding he clarify why he was even present in the courthouse. He is a felon and loudly kept making reference to his "indictment" from "1998" which could not be open still in 2009.

Perplexed, the clerk asked him two more times to clarify himself, as she did not understand why he was there or what he wanted. She asked for his name and he hesitantly stated "Alexis A. Palme" and spoke of his "indictment" again from 1998 again. He kept emphasizing "indictment" which means he's a criminal. She still didn't understand what he wanted.

He kept trying to read my lawsuit that I had placed on the clerk's counter to be filed. Then, he leaned over to me and started giving me these vile, angry stares.

Seeing as though I already had PMS, I gave him a mean look back and to draw attention to why he was really there, intimidation, I pointed at his Kabbalah red string bracelet and stated a question I already knew the answer to "What is that bracelet!" His neck snapped back and he started stuttering (Oh, the power of PMS).

I wanted him to say it out loud in front of the clerk and the other court employee present in the room, as he had no reason to be there, other than he had followed me into the courthouse on Kabbalah's instructions, to intimidate me into not filing the lawsuit concerning Madonna's misconduct, announcing himself repeatedly as someone with an "indictment" also known as a felon.

He, then stuttered a bit and started mumbling in response to my question, "Celebrities wear it for good luck" and I said "Kabbalah." Realizing I knew that he was trying to intimidate me, he asked the clerk for a photocopy that she couldn't even find, as what he was telling her made no sense. He left shortly after and I filed the lawsuit anyway.

And this ladies and gentlemen is Hollywood. An industry of thieves, perverts, crooks and liars, who aren't happy unless they are causing others misery, loss and grief.

It's amazing that both Latoya Jackson and a former friend of deceased singer, Michael Jackson, named Dr. Susan Etok, publicly imply, there was a conspiracy to kill the star, by "a consortium of companies" looking to steal his assets.

Some valued his net worth at $500,000,000, which I disputed a month ago, as being over $1 billion, due to music publishing rights. In documents released yesterday on the TMZ site, it was revealed, Jackson's net worth is indeed $1.3 billion.

Considering what I went through in conduct that endangered my life, spearheaded by Hollywood individuals, acting in concert with each other, to criminally divide up my preexisting, multi-billion dollar valued Copyrighted Catalog, in conduct that can only be described as a sick Hollywood cabal, I don't doubt that's possible.

Regarding Hollywood, I have never encountered such a despicable, money hungry, sick set of people in all my life. Hollywood worships money and is willing to do anything to get it, including commissioned murder.

One of the massive side effects of this misconduct is people in the rest of the nation and around the world, watch the criminal activity pouring out of Hollywood, aghast and decide it is too risky and potentially deadly to do business with them.
